Please be aware that newly painted walls require at least 14 days to outgas before our products can be applied.

Orders are dispatched within 6 business days from date of payment and/or approving art (custom designs).

Delivery time will depending on which carrier and service you choose.

If our products are faulty or not as described we will replace, refund or repair your order depending on the extent of the problem.

We cannot exchange or refund any products that are custom coloured (you chose one or many colours). 

Custom products that have no quality-related issues cannot be returned or refunded.  See our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

Our products are suitable for any walls, however we cannot guarantee on the preparation or paint work, and how your walls react to our products.

Colours may vary on-screen to products received. Please order a colour chart as refunds will not be granted.

Due to our manufacturing process, products purchased at different times may not match in colour. This includes wallpaper samples and wallpaper products.

Please be wary of local import charges as these extra charges are out of our control.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

The Site or any portion of the Site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Unicorns United. You may not use any other “hidden text” utilizing Unicorns United name or trademarks without the express written consent of Unicorns United. You may not use any Unicorns United logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission of Unicorns United. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

Any claim relating to Unicorns United web site shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

4. Jurisdictional Issues

Unicorns United is controlled and operated from Australia. Our Sites are not subject to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of New South Wales, Australia. Unicorns United does not represent or warrant that any of its products and/or services, or any part thereof, is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access Unicorns  United do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. We may limit Unicorns United’s availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction we choose, at any time and in our sole discretion.

5. Limitations on liability

Other than as specified expressly in these Terms Of Service and conditions we will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss or damage) however caused which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the use by you of Unicorns United services and Unicorns United website except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with services is to stop using the services, and your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with products is to obtain a refund therefore in accordance with the terms of these terms. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the maximum liability of Unicorns  United arising out of or in connection with the provision of or failure to provide any products or services shall be the actual price paid therefore by you. Note: some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Class Action Waiver
Any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class or representative action or as a named or unnamed member in a class, consolidated, representative or private attorney general legal action. Your access and continued use of our sites signifies your explicit consent to this waiver.

6. Copyright

All content on Unicorns  United websites including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, data compilations and software and its compilation is the property of Unicorns United and is protected by Australian and International copyright laws.

You may not modify, create, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, duplicate, publish, license, create derivative works from, or offer for sale any information contained on, or obtained from, the Unicorns United website without our express written consent.

7. Trademarks

Unicorns United is a registered trademark. All Unicorns  United graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, images and product names are either trademarks or the copyright of Unicorns United . Unicorns United trademark and copyright materials may not be used in connection with any product or service without written authorization.

8. Your Unicorns United Company Account

You may create a Unicorns United account by registering your name, providing certain information about yourself, and creating a password. You agree that you will provide complete, current and accurate information about yourself as requested, and that you will keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your username and password that you use to access your member account on the Site. You agree not to disclose your username or password to any third party. You agree that you are solely and fully responsible for any activities or actions taken under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify Unicorns United of any unauthorized use of your account on our Sites. In order to create a member account with Unicorns United , you must be at least 16 years of age. If you are not at least 16 years old, do not set up an account with Unicorns United.

9. Mobile Terms of Service

Unicorns United mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Unicorns United (“Unicorns United”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Unicorns United’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Unicorns United through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Unicorns United. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Unicorns United or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Unicorns United mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

10. Policy and Idea Submission

Some of our customers are interested in submitting ideas and suggestions for products and services to be used at Unicorns United, either independently of, or in conjunction with, our internally developed concepts. We appreciate our customers’ interest in improving the Site; however, please note that Unicorns United  will own any such ideas or suggestions that you submit, and you hereby irrevocably assign any intellectual property rights in such ideas and suggestions to Unicorns United. If you intend to retain any intellectual property rights in your ideas and suggestions (patent, trade secrets, copyright, trademark, etc.) please do not submit them to us without our prior written approval.
